Description
During the First World War, a group of miners from New Zealand joined the New Zealand Tunnelling Company and travelled to France where they created a complex series of tunnels to aid the war effort.
The three lesson overviews focus on:
- Comprehension and inferencing, supporting students to locate information, make meaning, and draw conclusions from the text;
