With over 15,000 kilometres of coastline, learning to be confident in the water is an important part of Kiwi life. Activities such as swimming, surfing, fishing, and sailing all involve risk which is why Jeff Chapman decided it was important that the students at Titahi Bay Intermediate learned to be safe sailing.
